Toomey Opticar Creates New Division

Following recent expansions and new appointments, Toomey Opticar continues to strengthen its core disciplines by restructuring its operations team to meet the demands of its growing business. 

The new structure will provide dedicated account management teams to deal with all related driver issues and provide full client back up through all stages of the fleet management process.

Heading up the team is operations manager Nigel Hire. Nigel has been with Opticar for five years, having joined from PHH. He is supported by Roberta Lowes, who has been promoted to account co-ordinator to lead the account management teams.

Roberta previously worked within the company’s vehicle fulfilment department, while her new role will see her take on and oversee responsibility for a number of key contracts.

Peter Eldon, managing director of Opticar comments: “As our business grows, it is imperative that we maintain the highest standard of account management support to our existing customer base as well as new clients. This structural change will ensure that we meet that objective, plus it will strengthen our internal expertise as team members can share best practice.”
