Jim Salkeld, CEO of Toomey Opticar, has more than 15 years experience within the fleet and driver management sector, which uniquely places him to deliver expert insights into car benefit and tax issues.

Peter Eldon
Peter Eldon is managing director of Toomey Opticar, which he joined in 2007, with a focus on sales and marketing. His previous experience includes the role of sales and marketing director with Sanyo Europe.

Michael Wynn
Michael Wynn joined Toomey Opticar as corporate sales manager in 2007. He brings 20 years experience within the car fleet industry to the position, most recently in an executive role with Vauxhall Fleet Sales.
